Students and key staff from Heimerer College, UGJFA and UKZ, are taking part in the workshop organized by experts from the University of Metropolia. The focus of this workshop is the piloting of the operation model of the Multidisciplinary Health Support Practice Center led by students, respectively the phase of goal setting.
This represents the second phase of the co-created operating model within the SMAHPC project, funded by the ERASMUS + Program. The implementation of this phase is being realized according to the new approach of the Goal Attainment Scaling (GAS).
This phase follows that of Diagnosis and Evaluation for which the relevant group of students and staff have been trained during the sessions organized in the last three weeks by the relevant experts of JAMK University from Finland. Such a phase has been realized according to the also new approach of the International Classification Framework.
2 of the 5 stages are being performed! 3 more await us until June 2020 when the pilot phase of the innovative SMAHPC Center operation model is completed.
