Today, SMAHPC Centre of Heimerer College and Health Therapeutic Centre co-organize the training for International Classification of Functions (ICF) approach. Such an approach remains a novelty in our country but also at the global level, while our European professional and academic partners are torchbearers in this regard. It is argued that this approach is more effective in providing quality health services by encouraging multidisciplinary collaboration and client involvement, in particular.
This professional training comes as a follow-up step towards raising the relevant professional competencies of staff and students to implement the approach in question. It represents the next step in ensuring the sustainability of the Center for Student-Run Multidisciplinary Health Practices (SMAHPC).
The SMAHPC Center was established within the SMAHPC Project, funded by the European Commission ERASMUS + Program.
